WP1 deals with the management and coordination activities of the project. The main objectives are sound coordination of administrative and financial management in accordance with EU standards, including effective communication with EC, quality control and coordination of activities described in work packages [3- 6], continuous monitoring of all partner related issues, anticipation of all major problems in advance and establishment of a communication framework and management of communication flow to actively deal with project related risks with effective contingency measures, and preparation of a Data Management Plan (DMP) and an Intellectual Property Rights Framework (IPR). Partners contribute to this work package with their own resources, without secondment.
