The overall objective of WP5 is the collaboration of academic and non-academic partners for the development of stable and safe functional food, aquafeed and cosmetic products. Researchers from the participating companies under the supervision and guidance of ERs from TEAGASC will implement preliminary market research for VALIAS products indicating their commercialization potential.
